If version of libisofs is <0.6.9,
a patched version has to be used

The patches add in menu Edit/preferences an option
- bootable cd

If this option is active, bootloader isolinux is used
- if /isolinux/isolinux.bin exists in the cd filesystem this version
  of isolinux will be used
- else /usr/share/xfburn/isolinux.bin is used (and must exist)
